WASHINGTON (Reuters) - According to the International Monetary Fund (IMF), the size of the global debt reached a record $ 152 trillion, which is more than twice the size of the world economy.

 

World debt, both public and private, reached 225% of global output last year, compared with about 200% in 2002, the IMF said in its updated Fiscal Monitor report.
