During the press conference, the regulator confirmed that it was going to keep the rates unchanged for a long time, at least until the end of 2019. In addition to that, the ECB also pledged to keep reinvesting cash from maturing bonds for an extended period of time. There was nothing about TLTRO program, only that there would be more information about it at one of the next meetings.
No important statistics from the Euro Area are planned for today, except for some minor reports on the inflation from Germany and France.
The USA will publish the weekly Unemployment Claims report, which is not expected to give any surprises, at 200-215K.
Market players should pay attention to the PPI in March. The indicator may add 0.3% m/m after expanding by 0.1% m/m the month before. Also, on Thursday evening several FOMC members, such as Clarida, Williams, Bullard, Bowman, are going to speak. EURUSD may respond depending on what they say.
