$25 Bonus Terms and Conditions
1 General Terms and Conditions
1.1 The promotion starts on October 12th, 2108. The end of the promotion will be announced.
1.2 The organizer of the promotion is Grand Capital company.
1.3 The organizer reserves the right to alter the terms and conditions of the promotion, as well as the list and specifications of the bonuses.
1.4 The organizer reserves the right to cancel the promotion at any time.
2 Participants
2.1 All new clients who register a Private Office during the promotion run are eligible for the promotion.
2.3 Phone verification is required to participate in the promotion. The organizer reserves the right to request additional documents from a participant for authentication.
2.4 Account “Micro” is eligible for the promotion.
2.5 Maximum available leverage for participating accounts is 1:100.
2.6 The employees of the organizer and their relatives are forbidden from taking part in the promotion.
2.7 Before claiming the bonus, all participants must read the rules of the promotion. Ignorance of the rules can’t serve as an excuse when submitting a claim.
2.8 An account participating in the promotion can’t be used to take part in other promotions and bonuses of the company.
2.9 You may claim “$25 Bonus” for a certain account only after all other bonuses and promotions have been nullified on the account. It can be done by submitting a request if all other conditions of participating in the present promotion are fulfilled.
2.10 Only a private individual may participate in the promotion.
2.11 Deposits and internal transfers aren’t available on a bonus account.
3 Applying for bonus
3.1 To claim the bonus a client has to register a Private Office and submit a request for participation in the promotion. Click on “Get bonus” button in the Bonuses tab in your Private Office.
4 Receiving the bonus
4.1 Bonus is transferred automatically after the registration and phone verification
4.2 Bonus is granted only once. Bonus can’t be granted repeatedly.
5 Receiving profit
5.1 Profit received from trading the bonus funds can be withdrawn at any moment.
5.2 Bonus funds are transferred from the account right after the first withdrawal. If any profit is left on the account, will also be transferred.
5.3 Right after the profit is withdrawn, your Bonus account becomes a real account. It means that trading operations on this account will be conducted according to the Regulation for Trading Operations, while all deposits and withdrawals according to the Regulation for Non-trading Operations.
5.4 Maximum amount available for withdrawal from “Micro” bonus account is $100.
5.5 Bonus funds are granted for a period of 6 months.
5.6 After this period bonus funds and the commission on your first withdrawal are deducted from you account (see 5.8).
5.7 Trading through an anonymous proxy server is forbidden on an account with “$25 bonus”. If the account was accessed from at least 5 different IP addresses, the bonus funds and all received profit will be deducted from the account. If any forms of abuse of the promotion or fraud is suspected, or if the documents submitted by user are forged, all bonus funds and received profit will be deducted and the client will be denied service.
5.8 Commission on the first withdrawal from the bonus account is $25. Commission can’t be deducted using the bonus funds. All future withdrawals will be processed according to the Regulation for Processing and Execution of Non-trading Operations.
5.9 Partner commission isn’t awarded for trading the bonus funds.
6 Claims
6.1 All claims should be directed to info@grandcapital.net
6.2 All claims must contain full name, exact residential address, account number and a thorough description of the problem.
