10. The maximum amount of funds that the Client can withdraw from the Trading Account, including bonus funds and profit received from trading operations with bonus funds, is 200 USD. A client can make no more than one withdrawal request.
11. Profit or part of it obtained from trading operations with bonus funds can be converted into a 100% tradable bonus provided under the terms of clauses 4.4.-4.8. of these Regulations.
12. Withdrawal of bonus funds or part of them, as well as profit received from trading operations with bonus funds, is carried out in accordance with the Tariffs for withdrawing funds from the trading account for the second or subsequent transactions.
13. The company has the right to initiate additional verification of the payment method for withdrawing bonus funds and profits received from trading operations with bonus funds.
14. The company reserves the right to change the terms of this promotion or terminate this promotion at any time, without prior notice.
15. The Company reserves the right to cancel the accrued bonus funds or a part of them, as well as cancel the result of trading operations through the use of bonus funds, if the Client has violated the rules established by these Regulations, including but not limited to any form of arbitration (including arbitration in collusion with other clients), manipulation, or any other form of unfair activity, in order to obtain financial benefits solely as a result of the abuse of this promotion.
